A collection of Spoken Word

Hi, I’m Tabitha Csontos, and this space holds pieces of my heart. I began writing poetry during a time when I was learning how to sit with my emotions, my energy, and the quieter parts of myself. What started as a way to release what I was carrying slowly became a practice of healing, reflection, and self-connection.
These words were written through seasons of breaking, becoming, and awakening. I believe we are more than our physical selves we are energy, spirit, and intention and this space exists in that in-between place where growth happens.
“Before the Light” holds raw moments from darker chapters.
“After the Awakening” reflects renewal, clarity, and inner healing.
“Spiritual Notes” are personal reflections and insights that guide my spiritual understanding.
“Old Love Letters” are fragments of love, lessons, and experiences that shaped who I am.
Every verse is honest. Every word is intentional. My hope is that as you read, you feel less alone and reminded that even the hardest seasons can transform into something meaningful.
One of my favorite words is “Kaizen”—the idea of continuous growth, becoming a little more aligned with yourself every day.
Keep up to date with my latest work:)
